Where is Perfect Imperfections Med Spa located?

We’re at 1373 McNutt St. in Herculaneum, MO 63048, in Jefferson County. That’s about 5 minutes from Festus and about 35 minutes south of downtown St. Louis. All visits are by appointment.

What treatments do you offer?

Botox and other neurotoxins, lip and dermal fillers, laser hair removal, IPL, laser resurfacing, tattoo removal, medical weight loss with Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, IV therapy, facials, peels, lash lifts and waxing. See the full menu and prices on our services page.

Who performs the treatments?

Medical treatments are done by our nurse practitioners, Becky Hammon, FNP-C, and Brittany Peterein, NP, whose backgrounds include ICU, emergency and primary care. Facials, peels, lashes and waxing are done by our licensed estheticians, Bristol and Kamryn.

How much does Botox cost?

Botox is $10 per unit, and Xeomin and Jeuveau are $9 per unit. New patients get their first 20 units for $160. Your provider will confirm how many units you need before treatment. More about Botox.

Do you take walk-ins?

We’re by appointment only, so each visit gets the time it needs. You can book online any time or call us at (314) 600-4324.
