1. Services

Perfect Imperfections Med Spa & Salon provides medical aesthetics, laser treatments, wellness, and salon services in Missouri. All medical services are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are booked through Vagaro at pimedspa.com/booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your health history. Providing false or incomplete health information may affect the safety of your treatment and releases us from liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from withheld information.

3. Deposits

Certain services require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposit amounts are noted on the individual service listing. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within the cancellation window outlined below.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows without notice may be charged a cancellation fee and may be required to prepay future appointments in full.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel and we will do our best to accommodate you.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Results from any treatment may vary by individual. All medical aesthetics services carry inherent risks. You will be provided with informed consent documentation prior to any treatment, which you must review and sign before services are performed.

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and health history to your provider prior to treatment. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment through Vagaro. Prices are subject to change. Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to future appointments. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed services.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetics services, we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment at [email protected] and we will work with you to address your concerns.

Prepaid packages and bundles are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different service of equal value at our discretion.

8. Before & After Photos

We may take before and after photos for clinical documentation purposes. These photos are stored securely and will not be shared publicly without your explicit written consent. You may request to opt out of photography at any time.

9. Website Use

All content on pimedspa.com including text, images, logos, and service descriptions is the property of Perfect Imperfections Med Spa & Salon. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission. We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without notice.
